GDPR (General data protection regulations)
In May 2018 changes to data protection regulations called the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force. St Marks School regards the protection of personal data relating to children & young people and parents/carers as a very important matter. The Brunel Academies Trust Data Protection Policy has been developed using guidelines set out by the Department for Education. The robust policy is supported by stringent procedures to ensure we meet the regulations.
We have published our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices in accordance with best practice, please follow the links below. The policy and privacy notices outline the information that we collect, hold and share including the lawful basis about how we use this information.
